I do believe so because it is showing that one person can say yes to this certain law that this branch wants but if the other branch doesn’t want it they can veto it, so it will not become a law. President Trump has signed the new law sanctions against Russia, Iran, and North Korea but he couldn’t even deny signing it even if he wanted to.
